This is a portrait of my great great grandmother on my mothers side. Her wisdom pulses deep on our families bloodline. As I painted her picture my mother and fathers face came through. We carry with us all of the history of all of our ancestors that came before, their pain, and their strengths. Hidden Language represents the power I feel from her and the language she whispers to me.
